POLICIES FOR CHILDREN
- Free for children under 6 years old accompanied by adults (maximum 2 children per room).
- For children aged 6 to 11, a surcharge of 50,000 VND per child will apply, including breakfast. If an extra bed is required, the cost is 250,000 VND per bed.
- Children aged 12 and above are considered adults, with a surcharge of 250,000 VND per person.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT POLICIES

Check-in time: 02:00 PM
- Check-in before 06:00 AM: 100% of the room rate surcharge.
- Check-in between 06:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 50% of the room rate surcharge (with breakfast).
- Check-in between 10:00 AM and 02:00 PM: 30% of the room rate surcharge.
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out between 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM: 30% of the room rate surcharge.
- Check-out between 02:00 PM and 06:00 PM: 50% of the room rate surcharge.
- Check-out after 06:00 PM: 100% of the room rate surcharge.
ROOM CANCELLATION POLICIES
1. Flexible Package
- A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure the reservation.
- This package includes breakfast and other complimentary services.
- A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking value.
- In cases of force majeure beyond the stated refund period, guests may postpone their booking to a later date.
2. Fixed Package
- A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure the reservation.
- Discount 20% compared to the Flexible Package.
- This package includes breakfast and other complimentary services for guests.
- This package is non-refundable and non-changeable. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- In cases of force majeure, guests are allowed to transfer the booking to another person.
